Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in Devizes who are actively seeking to engage an IT Analyst on a permanent basis.
What You Will Be Doing
* Resolving help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues by email, phone and in person
* Setting up accounts for staff and installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and mobile devices
* Responding to breakdowns, investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
* Repairing equipment and replacing parts
* IT project work
What You Will Need To Succeed
* Experience in an end user desktop support role or IT operations environment
* Proven hardware and software knowledge
* Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022 as well as Microsoft 365 / Azure
* Advanced printer / peripheral device troubleshooting
* TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
* Experience of VoIP telephony services
* Excellent customer service and communication skills at all levels
* Organised and able to work under pressure and to deadlines
