* To provide care in accordance with current best practice, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations under the direction of field care supervisors.
* To provide personal, practical, social and emotional support to Olive Leaf Healthcare's Clients in a way that respects their dignity as an individual and promotes independence.
* Support an open, positive and working culture.
* Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Olive Leaf Healthcare Solutions' standards, care policies and procedures required by legislation.
