The Role Senior Account Manager
We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Account Manager who can combine relationship-building with strategic thinking. This role goes far beyond sales; you’ll act as a trusted advisor helping clients unlock value and achieve meaningful business outcomes.
You’ll own a portfolio of high-value accounts, deepen client relationships and spot opportunities for growth. Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and technical experts you’ll play an integral part in driving their digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage, retain and grow a portfolio of key client accounts.
* Build strong, lasting relationships with C-level executives and technical leaders.
* Proactively identify opportunities to expand services and revenue streams.
* Deliver tailored account reviews and provide actionable insights.
* Act as a consultative strategic partner to your clients.
About You
* 2 years experience in B2B account management, consultancy or sales.
* Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
* Confident working with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
* Commercially sharp, highly organised and results-focused.
* Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build trust.
