Are you an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our growing property team. You’ll have the flexibility to be based at either our Leeds City Centre office or our well-established Middleton office.
About the Role
In this role, you will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. You will work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
* Providing clear, accurate, and timely legal advice to clients
* Managing files proactively to ensure deadlines are met
* Maintaining excellent client care and upholding the firm’s professional reputation
* Supervising and supporting junior members of the team (where applicable)
About You
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with ideally 5+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
* Confident in managing a busy caseload independently
* Strong communicator with exceptional client-facing skills
* Highly organised and detail‑driven
* A team player with a proactive and positive approach
