What we are looking for?
Your role as Business Enabling Services Support Officer will be to facilitate and coordinate a comprehensive approach to mandatory business processes including complaints, information requests, and vacancy management. The focus will be on processing and monitoring complaints and enquiries received both directly and indirectly into the Director of Health and Social Care. Additionally, this role provides project management support and aims to harmonize various aspects related to the effective functioning of the Business Enabling Portfolio.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues. A proactive approach, prioritizing workloads to meet conflicting demands, and attention to detail are essential.

* Hours of work: 30 hrs
* Location: Flexible hybrid working pattern from home and Fife House, Glenrothes, Fife.
