We’re Be Found Be Chosen, a small but ambitious e‑commerce agency based in the heart of Newcastle upon Tyne. We may be small, but we are mighty – handling some huge clients that may surprise you! After another year of growth and with more on the way, we’re looking for an ambitious and motivated PPC Manager to join our talented team.

About the role:

We are looking for a PPC Manager to join Be Found Be Chosen and look after some of our fabulous clients. At BFBC we don’t mess around with generic reports or vanity metrics. We just grow brands online. We’re not afraid to have difficult conversations with clients and in return they trust us to do what’s best. That makes for a great working relationship which only gets better over time. Internally, you won’t be micromanaged and we’re not afraid to change a process or try something new. We mean this, and it takes new staff a while to get used to.


Key responsibilities:

* Excellence in paid search: Passion for paid search with expertise across search, shopping, display and all bid‑able ad formats in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
* Client management: Daily client communication – engaging directly with clients to build strong collaborative relationships.
* Google shopping strategy and execution: Experience managing e‑commerce clients; strong commercial sense for shopping structures and best practices.
* Technical linking: Working knowledge of Tag Manager, Looker Studio and feed optimisation software.
* Social collaboration: Align PPC and social strategies; collaborative approach to account management & strategy.
* Team communication: Remote teamwork – frequent communication, humour, support and brainstorming.
* Client growth: Constantly finding ways to grow clients through curiosity and innovation.


Our ideal candidate will have:

* 3+ years agency experience and experience working with e‑commerce clients.
* Onboarding new PPC clients from scratch, through initial calls to campaign launch.
* Experience setting up, creating, measuring and optimising all ad formats across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
* Experience managing a portfolio of clients and juggling their needs proactively.
* Experience reporting results to clients each month with clear actions.
* Ability to plan their time and prioritise their own work.
* Proactive approach to campaign management and client reporting.
* Experience auditing prospective clients’ accounts to assess viability and pitch paid search campaigns.
* Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio integration.
* Knowledge of product feed integration and optimisation.
