About the Role
As a Resident Liaison Officer, youll be the key point of contact between residents, contractors, and the project team. Youll ensure residents are fully informed and supported throughout property improvement, maintenance, and refurbishment works. Your role will help minimise disruption, maintain positive relationships, and ensure projects run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the main liaison for residents, addressing enquiries, concerns, and access requirements
