About Our Client

Job Description
3. Schedule and book hob installations and related works for field engineers.
4. Manage engineer diaries to maximise productivity and minimise travel time.
5. Liaise with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates.
6. Log all job details accurately within internal systems.
7. Respond to queries from engineers, customers, and internal teams.
8. Monitor job progress and ensure deadlines are met.
9. Support the wider operations team with general administrative tasks.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
