Job Description:
The Opportunity: Make Your Mark
This is not a typical People & Culture Manager role. This is a career-defining opportunity for an experienced and ambitious professional to shape the future of People & Culture on a global scale. We’re looking for someone who has mastered the 'how' of P&C and is now ready to define the 'why'.
You will be a strategic partner to our CEO and Head of Operations, using your operational expertise to develop and implement a P&C strategy suitable for a growing, global business. You will lead impactful, global projects, shifting from implementation to strategic design. If you are ready to make a significant impact and shape a world-class culture, this is your moment.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the executive leadership team, you will own the People & Culture agenda. Your role is to develop and lead a holistic strategy that aligns with our business goals and fosters a high-performing, inclusive global culture.
Strategic & Cultural Leadership
* People Strategy: Define and execute a People Strategy that links business objectives with the necessary culture, capabilities, and structures.
* Culture & Values: Lead initiatives to redefine and embed our cultural values, ensuring our culture thrives as we grow.
* Mission & Vision: Develop a communication plan to promote our mission, vision, and goals across our remote, global workforce.
* Employee Engagement: Design and launch our first employee engagement survey, creating an action plan based on feedback to foster engagement.
Talent & Performance
* Talent Acquisition: Implement a scalable, global hiring strategy, including an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Learning & Development: Create a comprehensive L&D strategy, including leadership development, skills analysis, and capability frameworks.
* Remuneration Philosophy: Develop a transparent, equitable global pay structure, including salary bands and benchmarking.
Operations & Foundations
* Employee Benefits: Analyze and recommend improvements to benefits that support wellbeing and our value proposition.
* HR Operations & Technology: Develop an HR tech strategy to automate processes and improve employee experience.
* People Analytics: Establish a reporting system to provide leadership with workforce insights.
* Policy & Compliance: Ensure policies are compliant and communicate effectively, including Occupational Health & Safety, with a focus on psychosocial safety.
* Diversity & Inclusion: Implement D&I initiatives and ensure compliance with reporting requirements (e.g., WGEA in Australia).
What We Offer
* A chance to co-lead the global P&C strategy.
* Opportunity for impact and career growth.
* Flexible, remote-first work environment.
* Competitive salary, circa £60,000 per annum.
Join a diverse, dynamic workplace that values both work and social connection. We enjoy working together and socializing, fostering a supportive team environment.
Does this sound like your next challenge?
We seek a creative, energetic candidate who brings ideas and personality. Instead of a traditional cover letter, submit a short 2-minute video explaining why you’re the right fit. Show us your personality, motivation, and how you’ll shape our culture. Be authentic and creative.
Please note: There is no relocation package, but the role can be undertaken from our London, Melbourne, or Sydney offices.
