The Certification officer is responsible for ensuring that certification complies with applicable
standards, regulations, and customer requirements through rigorous evaluation. This role
involves coordinating with Internal departments as well as Customers when required.
Key responsibilities include preparing compliance documentation, managing certificate
submissions, supporting inspections, and staying up to date with relevant industry and
customer legislative changes.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepare and manage BSL Level 2 certification packs in line with the internal Training Matrix.
2. Generate 3.2 certification documentation.
3. Interpret and apply customer specifications to ensure certification packs meet all requirements.
4. Create and compile complete Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs).
5. Review and verify supplier documentation, including test reports, plating, heat treatment, and NDE records.
