About the Role
* Job title: Cluster Sales Manager, Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin, Newcastle

* Helps maximize revenue across both properties in Newcastle
Responsibilities
* Drive the Hotels Sales and Marketing plan
* Report to the General Managers and the Regional Director of Sales
* Ensure both brands are represented while actively seeking new opportunities and cross‑selling across Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin
* Manage and lead the inquiry process, ensuring training and communication within the department and across the two hotels is implemented efficiently
* Develop strong relationships with guests within the hotels
* Prioritise and manage tasks through to completion, demonstrating a self‑starter attitude
* Present confidently to senior decision makers in other businesses
Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in a similar role beneficial
* Working knowledge of the hotel industry preferred
