You will be working as part of a Team of talented Chefs, of varying experience. You will be working 4.5 to 5 days per week with rotational weekends off. Working alongside him/her to continue to grow the Food part of the business - Leading a team of Chefs to deliver a successful service Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and food safety standards Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring proper techniques and adherence to safety protocols Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Collaborate with servers and other staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction Stay updated on industry trends and new culinary techniques Experience: Proven experience as a chef or cook in a professional kitchen - Experience of leading a busy service successfully Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff Creativity in Chef's Daily Specials planning and dish presentation Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Happy to consider part time for the right candidate Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year We're looking for the right person to fit our team, so happy to negotiate.
