We are seeking candidates with proven analyst experience in a complex organisation, strong data interpretation skills, hands‑on experience with reward or job evaluation systems, and the ability to produce clear, accurate HR reports and insights. Reporting to the Payroll, Reward & Pensions Manager, you will support the design, implementation, and management of our reward framework. This includes analysing compensation and benefits data, supporting annual reward cycles, and ensuring fair, competitive, and compliant pay structures across the project. What We’re Looking For Essential Experience in an analyst role, able to interpret and analyse large datasets confidently Demonstrable experience with reward systems (HR Analyst, Reward Analyst, HR Data Analyst, or similar) Experience using reward or job evaluation systems, with understanding of job evaluation, grading structures, and reward frameworks Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel Experience working with HRIS or reward/compensation systems High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to present complex data and insights clearly Good understanding of compensation principles Desirable Knowledge of Hay, Mercer, or other job evaluation methodologies Experience with benefits administration CIPD qualification (or working towards it) Why join Sizewell C?
