Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing teams through all project management functions, from planning, design, and financial management, to practical construction delivery of the project.
* Previously held a Project Director, Senior Project Manager, or Contracts Manager position with a Tier 1 Main Contractor.
* Experience managing projects over 50m as the No.1 PM is essential, along with strong knowledge of pre-construction project management, contract management, H&S, and excellent client-facing skills.
* Must have a stable career history working for Top 50 Main Contractors on projects from concept to completion, managing teams of 20+.
* Experience delivering construction projects over 50m in sectors like Commercial, MOD/Defence, Education, Science, or Mixed-Use is advantageous.
* Background in Site Management or Engineering, with a valid CSCS Card and ideally NVQ Level 6, BSc, or MCIOB qualification.
* Exceptional client-facing and people management skills, with experience leading teams of around 20 staff, and solid technical knowledge in planning, design, commercial, and construction delivery.
* Previous roles considered: Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Director, or Contracts Manager.
Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Construction Management or comparable qualification (NVQ/HNC etc.), with MCIOB status being advantageous.
