Your Role:
As our Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Manage the Classroom: Ensure students remain on task and maintain a positive, productive learning environment.
* Deliver Pre:Set Work: Follow the instructions left by the regular teacher to ensure the curriculum is delivered effectively.
* Support Students: Provide 1:1 or small group guidance to help students understand their tasks.
* Uphold Standards: Follow the schools behavior policy consistently to ensure safety and respect.
