About Breezy
Breezy is a software and services company that powers affiliate program analytics, discovery, and partner management for global brands like Expedia, Hubspot, Puma & Miro. We combine structured workflows, proprietary data, and automation to help clients scale affiliate programs with speed and precision.
Our secret sauce? Strategy meets systems. We help clients define the right partner targets, surface them through AI-informed search, and activate them through streamlined processes. Our ecosystem includes 19M+ mapped affiliate relationships and an unmatched infrastructure for lead generation, tagging, and outreach.
The Role
As Affiliate Discovery Manager, you’ll own one of Breezy’s core delivery functions: partner search and ecosystem structuring. You’ll run discovery workflows that transform client briefs into 1,000+ qualified leads/month, using affiliate logic, keyword research, and AI-assisted pipelines.
This is not a traditional affiliate manager role. You won't manage outreach or negotiations. Instead, you’ll:
* Define and execute affiliate discovery strategies
* Organize and enrich partner data
* Maintain tooling, QA workflows, and prompt infrastructure
You'll collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to scale and improve how Breezy surfaces high-value affiliate and content partners.
What You’ll Do🔍 Affiliate Discovery & Search Logic
* Translate onboarding inputs into structured search briefs and partner profiles
* Run monthly keyword searches (~250 terms per run) to surface 1,000+ leads
* Use Google Keyword Planner, DataForSEO, and Breezy prompts to validate, dedupe, and tag partners
* Apply filters for authority, relevance, and intent; exclude low-signal sites
🫠 Ecosystem Structuring & Gap Analysis
* Map affiliate categories, publisher types, and vertical-specific targets
* Identify ecosystem gaps vs competitors or Ideal Partner Profiles
* Submit scraping requests to our internal infrastructure for hard-to-source leads
* Align partner categories to high-intent SEO patterns
🤝 Collaboration & QA Delivery
* Collaborate with CS to interpret briefs and align tagging logic
* Share keyword and discovery outputs via Slack/email
* Deliver with commentary: what worked, what didn’t, what should iterate
* Launch NPS feedback loops and triage low scores
⚙️ Workflow Ownership & Tooling
* Maintain Breezy’s prompt templates, API workflows, and output QA rules
* Manage integrations with tools like n8n, Google Ads, and DataForSEO
* Log, monitor, and improve automation quality
* Document all processes and enable other team members with SOPs
