Recruitment Manager – Facilities Management (with Spanish)
In this stand-alone role, you will be required to partner with hiring managers to manage all vacancies across the whole business, finding incredible talent, building talent pools, and shaping a candidate experience that’s engaging and informative at every stage.
The role:
* Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from briefing to onboarding.
* Partner with hiring managers to define roles and identify talent.
* Write compelling job ads and proactively source candidates through multiple channels.
* Manage interviews and ensure every applicant has a brilliant experience.
* Lead offer and onboarding processes, handling all communications with care and precision.
* Support hourly paid recruitment and ensure all compliance steps are met.
* Keep recruitment data accurate and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).
* Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
* Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals.
* Confidence working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple roles at once.
* Commercial awareness and great writing skills to attract top talent.
