Salary: £32,061 to £32,597 per annum
Hours: 1 x 22 Hours per week and 1 x 37 Hours per week

We have a great opportunity for the right person to join the Customer Service Centre as a Single Point of Access Officer.
About This Opportunity
The team provides an effective and efficient triage and support service from the first point of contact, ensuring positive outcomes for customers and helping to reduce demand on our front‑line critical services. Support is delivered across a range of channels, including face‑to‑face, online, telephone and email.
Because we support front‑line services, there will be times when you may handle queries of a distressing nature or work with members of the public who are upset or distressed.
An understanding of the relevant service areas including key legislation, processes, and policies would be desirable, though full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
The ideal candidates will be proactive, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, take a flexible approach, and be able to work confidently across multiple contact channels. Experience within a call or contact centre environment would be an advantage.
