The Role
This role combines product merchandising analytics with ownership of the seasonal go-to-market process for the region.
You will work closely with sales operations, marketing, product teams and leadership, ensuring that product ranges, forecasts and commercial performance are aligned across the European market.
A major component of the role is turning complex data into clear insights that support decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Go-To-Market (GTM) Calendar Management
* Build and manage seasonal GTM calendars to ensure smooth seasonal product launches.
* Maintain continuous alignment with cross-functional stakeholders across the organisation.
* Ensure all key milestones and deliverables are met throughout the seasonal cycle.
* Support the development of multiple seasonal product tracks depending on product delivery requirements.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
* Prepare and maintain weekly commercial performance reports.
* Consolidate data from multiple sources to provide clear regional performance visibility.
* Develop reporting that enables teams to drill down into market performance and product results.
* Continuously improve reporting frameworks to simplify and support business decision-making.
* Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure alignment and consistency of data.
Commercial Analysis
* Analyse sell-through data to evaluate product performance across direct-to-consumer and wholesale partners.
* Support the assortment planning process through analysis of range size, distribution and efficiencies.
* Provide insights on the performance of seasonal initiatives and marketing KPIs.
* Manage trade agreements within internal systems, including price and margin analysis and audits.
Range Planning & Forecasting
* Oversee the line planning process and the Excel-based system used to build the product range.
* Manage the regional forecasting process, integrating historical sales data and market input.
* Identify and highlight “at-risk” SKUs based on forecast and performance analysis.
* Monitor the accuracy of style and product setup data.
* Support seasonal presentations and leadership meetings with clear analysis and reporting.
Pricing & Margin Management
* Conduct seasonal pricing and margin analysis.
* Support pricing harmonisation across multiple European currencies.
* Ensure seasonal margin targets and KPI deliverables are achieved.
Master Data & Product Information Management
* Manage seasonal master line plan data creation at article level.
* Maintain product data requirements for external partners and internal systems.
* Track MSL product deliveries to ensure on-time and in-full execution.
* Manage article data for SMUs and out-of-season line planning.
