You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.What You'll Do:Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of plant, equipment, and systems across the hospital estate.Carry out repairs, installations, and testing to a high standard, with a focus on complex systemsComply with all health and safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations, including COSHH and fire safety.Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for patients, visitors, and staff.What You Bring:We're hiring across several specialisms, and we're looking for skilled professionals in the following areas:NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical EngineeringExperience with HVAC, Medical Gas, Heating, or BMS systemsSkilled in diagnostics, repairs, and using CAFM/BMS systems.Solid fault finding, problem solving, and technical repair skillsAbility to read technical drawings and diagnose issues.Excellent time management, teamwork, and communicationA positive, initiative taking approach, able to work independently or as part of a team.What we offer:Working at Sodexo isn't just a job, it's a chance to make a difference every day.
