The Role
As a Recruitment Resource & Onboarding Co‑ordinator you will support the Talent Acquisition and HR teams. The role involves candidate sourcing, administrative support and coordination of onboarding activities to ensure an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
Role Responsibilities
* Source candidates through job boards, social media and networking platforms.
* Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
* Create job adverts and post them on several platforms.
* Schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers and candidates.
* Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Work with the TA Manager on recruitment projects.
* Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and market mapping.
* Update recruitment trackers and generate reports for the TA Manager.
* Assist with recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
* Coordinate with HR & Facilities to ensure smooth onboarding from day one for new hires.
* Coordinate induction schedules and ensure new hires have access to necessary systems and resources.
* Assist with the delivery of the KP Law Welcome Induction programme.
* Collaborate with TA, HR, Hiring Managers and cross‑functional teams to foster a positive first impression and support employee retention and engagement from day one.

Skills & Attributes
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS systems (desirable).
* Strong telephony skills.
* Diary management skills.
