Beyond technical delivery, you’ll play a key role in client development, financial forecasting, team leadership, and growth.

Main Duties
* Hands on delivery of building surveying services with bias to project work
* Leading projects often co-ordinating our in house multi discipline design services
* Client management and development
* Supervising, managing and mentoring junior members of the team
* Technical reviews to manage the quality of our services
The skills and experience you need to have for this role
* MRICS
* Consultancy experience, preferably with public sector project experience
* Be commercially minded with an enthusiasm for winning work and business development
* Be able to manage your own workload
* Capable of managing individual team members, organising their work where necessary and providing guidance on projects.
* Good communication and client facing skills
* Excellent all-round technical building surveying knowledge
* An analytical mind with a high level of intellect - combining excellent written and oral skills to produce considered and robust reports and recommendations.
