Customer Success Executive - Join a Growing, High‑Energy Team! ✨
Contract: 4-6 weeks with potential for extension
Model: Hybrid - 3 days on site, 2 days WFH
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:00 or 8:30-4:30
Daily Rate: £96 per day + holiday pay
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Stafford area
About the Role
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Success Executive to support a fast‑paced, rapidly growing operation. If you love helping people, staying organised, and being at the heart of customer experience-this is your moment.
You'll be the friendly voice on the phone, the problem‑solver in the inbox, and the go‑to person keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Be Doing
Handling customer enquiries with confidence and warmth
Managing around 60 inbound calls per week
Keeping CRM systems up to date and running efficiently
Monitoring customer satisfaction and spotting opportunities to improve
Coordinating communication across teams
Supporting with day‑to‑day admin to keep customer journeys seamlessWhat We're Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service or Retail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills 💬
