The Role and About You
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of a desk in the North West Maintenance Engineering market - an active, high-demand sector where good recruiters thrive.
You'll inherit warm sales data and existing client relationships, so you won't be starting from zero - but you'll have the freedom to build and shape your desk with autonomy.
You'll be:
1. Developing business with both new and existing clients, with plenty of warm leads to go at
2. Building long-term relationships with hiring managers and becoming their go-to recruiter
3. Sourcing and managing candidates in a competitive, fast-moving market
