Main purpose of the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Land and Partnerships professional to join us at a Manager level as an integral member of our Land and Partnerships team in the South West, based in Bristol. The role involves assisting the team to acquire land in line with the region's five-year business plan.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of the regional business plan and land acquisition strategy. Reporting to the Land and Partnerships Director, they will proactively source, manage, and progress land and partnership opportunities to facilitate regional growth.
Responsibilities include identifying, assessing, and pursuing land and partnership opportunities, managing bid responses, and assisting with legal negotiations. The role also involves community engagement and developing relationships with partner organizations to create new development opportunities.

Skills, knowledge & experience
Ideal candidates will have a background in Land and/or Partnerships, embodying Keepmoat values. They should be creative, resilient, and possess strong negotiation skills. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with effective communication at all levels. The candidate should be proactive, financially savvy, customer-focused, and enthusiastic about land and partnerships.
