On behalf of a well-established and nurturing Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Maidstone, we are seeking a committed SEN Teacher to join their team from January 2026. The Role:
* Delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs

* Working closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure holistic development
* Contributing to the wider school community and ongoing development of SEN provision
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* A genuine passion for working with children with complex needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A flexible, resilient, and nurturing approach
* Experience in an SEN setting is desirable but not essential – ECTs with a strong interest in SEN are encouraged to apply
