Key Responsibilities
1. Supervision and day-to-day support of 2 paralegals and 2 trainee solicitors
2. Oversight and review of work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance
3. Providing guidance, mentoring and constructive feedback
4. Assisting with training and development of junior team members
5. Managing your own caseload (appropriate to experience)
6. Ensuring adherence to firm procedures and regulatory requirements
About You
7. Qualified Solicitor (NQ to experienced level considered)
8. Strong organisational and communication skills
9. Confidence supervising and supporting junior colleagues
10. Ability to work collaboratively and lead by example
11. Comfortable working from the Cheltenham office
12. Must live in, or be willing to live within commuting distance of Gloucestershire
