As a Complaint Resolution Officer at Amplius, youll deliver a high-quality, customer-focused complaint resolution service that ensures fair outcomes, learning and continuous improvement. Youll champion a positive complaints culture and ensure compliance with the Housing Ombudsman Service Complaint Handling Code.
