Counter Manager
This role is for those passionate about haircare. As a highly skilled Counter Manager, you will provide welcoming, authentic, and personalised service to achieve customer service and sales targets. Qualifications
* Proven retail management or assistant management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
* Ability to deliver services and product demos using advanced technology
* Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
* Experience in retail operations, including inventory, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
* Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
* Experience in creating and executing in-store events
* Flexible availability; discuss your schedule with the hiring manager
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Proof of right to work in the country
