Are you a natural problem solver with a passion for driving projects to successful completion? We’re looking for a proactive and self-motivated Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the confidence to support a variety of projects, including IT. Our client is a leading and expanding manufacturing organisation established for over 30 years in Tamworth.
Your salary will be up to £35,000. Hours of work: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday – please note this is an office-based position.

What you’ll be doing:
Collaborating with Project Managers to plan, schedule and coordinate project activities for timely delivery - supporting projects from concept through to deliver, monitoring the progress, deadlines and budgets
Supporting a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple functions (including IT)
Tracking project expenses and resources, maintaining accurate records and producing reports
Preparing and maintaining key project documentation, such as scope documents, business cases, meeting minutes and progress reports
Supporting risk management and issuing resolution, escalating challenges and promptly to minimise disruptions
Taking ownership, working independently, and keeping projects moving forward
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, successfully managing projects end-to-end
Strong background in project documentation and reporting
Exposure to IT and cross-functional projects
Prince2 or Project Management certification would be advantageous
A full UK driving licence would be advantageous, however, it is not essential
A proactive mindset with the ability to use your own initiative and deliver results
Excellent organisational and communication skills
