Business Development Executive

Details:
* Type: Full-time, Permanent
* Salary: £27,000 to £36,000 per annum OTE + company car
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
* Territory: Bournemouth, Guildford, Southampton, Salisbury, and surrounding areas
This role offers a blank canvas to bring fresh ideas, initiative, and a commercial mindset to build something from scratch in the OOH channel working with a top confectionery brand.
As a field-based Business Development Executive, you will be out in the market daily, identifying opportunities and bringing new OOH sites into the fold—from leisure venues and contract caterers to workplace canteens and independent operators. Instead of being handed a list of accounts, you'll be expected to hunt, open doors, and create meaningful, long-term relationships.
You will own your territory, craft local activation plans, and use data and insights to influence decision-makers. Your efforts in securing product listings, displays, launching new lines, and increasing visibility will directly impact growth in the confectionery category.
This role rewards action. You need to be self-motivated, autonomous, and confident navigating a fast-paced, varied market. Presence where opportunities arise—whether at regional head offices, venues, or trade events—is key.

* £27,000 to £30,000 per annum (£32-36k OTE) + up to 20% bonus + company car

What we’re looking for:
* A self-starter with a can-do attitude, tenacious and resilient in OOH sales
* Experience in sales and winning new business
* Previous experience with customers in OOH/Foodservice channels (preferred)
* A full, manual UK or international driving license held for at least 1 year
