Responsibilities: The Physics Teacher will: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging Physics lessons across Key Stages 3, 4 and ideally, Key Stage 5 (A-Level Physics). Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners. Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate student records. Create a positive and inclusive classroom/laboratory environment. Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Science department. Contribute to the development of the Physics curriculum. Ensure the safe and effective use of laboratory equipment. Communicate with parents/guardians. Adhere to all school safeguarding policies. Candidate Profile: Qualified: Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent. Experienced: Proven ability to teach Physics at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable). Passionate: Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for Physics and student success. Skilled: Possess excellent classroom management and communication skills. Collaborative: Be a strong team player.
