Senior Account Executive - Workforce Management / HR tech
Software and hardware solution. Base salary up to £60k with OTE up to £100k. Wide open opportunity with a growing, well-funded business.
This HR tech business has a huge worldwide opportunity. They are ambitious in their growth plans and investing in the team to reflect their growth. They are looking for additional weight in their sales team to take their innovative, combined hardware and software model to customers in the UK and Europe.
Responsibilities
* Operate as a 360-degree sales professional: you will find and nurture your own prospects, conduct product demonstrations (online and face-to-face), and close deals.
* Foster a rich sales process and build meaningful relationships with prospects, primarily working from home but with face-to-face meetings as needed.
* Target mid-market accounts, typically with 250–500 employees, in industries such as warehousing, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, or education.
* Leverage a mix of marketing leads and self-generated opportunities to drive revenue.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Track record of around 3–5 years of new business sales.
* Successful closing ability and experience.
* Ideally experience in selling HR tech / Workforce Management; other B2B SaaS sales experience will be considered.
* Self-starter, self-motivated, autonomous but able to work in a team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Driving license and willingness to build deep relationships (visits as needed).
* Energetic, lively personality.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary up to £60k with realistic OTE up to £100k. Commission paid monthly. Good total rewards for a traditional new-business hunter.
