The Role
Working in a fast-paced workshop environment, you will be responsible for operating a variety of woodworking machinery to high standards. Your daily toolkit will include:
1. Surface Planers & Thicknessers
2. Tenoners & Morticers
3. Borers & Drum Sanders
4. Edge Banders
5. Spindle Moulders (For experienced candidates only)
6. CNC experience is a bonus, but not essential.

What we are looking for: We need someone who is "workshop ready." While we are happy to support your development, you must have enough hands-on experience to hit the ground running.
12. Experience: Proven background using the machinery listed above.
13. Attitude: A genuine desire to work, a willingness to learn new techniques, and a "can-do" approach.
14. Reliability: Excellent timekeeping is essential for this team.
15. Background: This role is also suitable for traditionally trained Bench Joiners who have transitioned into heavy machine use.
Note: We are looking for candidates with practical, commercial machinist experience.
