Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-drivenSocial Media Managerto take ownership of Joseph Valentes online presence. This role involves managing social media strategies, creating compelling content, and driving audience engagement to grow his brand and promote his ventures.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy and Management:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Joseph Valentes brand, goals, and audience.
* Manage and maintain accounts across key platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter (X).
* Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to keep the content relevant and engaging.
* Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote events, products, and collaborations.
Content Creation:
* Create high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and reels.
* Work closely with Joseph Valente to capture authentic moments that resonate with his audience.
* Edit and optimise video content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels to maximise reach and engagement.
* Write captivating captions and posts that align with his personal tone and voice.
Community Engagement:
* Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
* Foster a positive online community by moderating discussions and addressing queries or concerns.
* Identify opportunities for collaboration with influencers, brands, and followers to enhance Josephs network.
Analytics and Reporting:
* Track and analyse key performance metrics across platforms, including reach, engagement, and follower growth.
* Provide regular performance reports and insights to inform strategy and optimise future campaigns.
* Use analytics tools to identify audience preferences and tailor content to meet their interests.
Brand Management:
* Ensure all content and interactions align with Joseph Valentes personal brand values and image.
* Maintain a consistent posting schedule to keep audiences engaged and informed.
* Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates to leverage new features and opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
* Excellent content creation skills, including graphic design, video editing, and copywriting.
* Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and innovative content.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with a high-profile individual.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
* Experience with social media tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer).
* Familiarity with Joseph Valentes brand and content style.
* Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
* A background in personal branding or entrepreneurship is a plus.
