Credit Controller £26,000 - £28,000 Glasgow Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 Are you a confident and experienced Credit Controller ready for your next challenge? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business based in Glasgow. With a growing client portfolio, this is a temporary role with opportunity to go permanent. We are looking to speak with candidates who have at least two years of experience in a credit control or collections environment. Key Responsibilities: Adhere to Credit Control procedures, driving team targets. Resolve queries promptly and professionally. Build strong customer relationships through effective communication. Maintain accurate records and correspondence. Lead and motivate a small team of Credit Controllers. Meet and exceed KPIs. Handle LBAs, writ proceedings, and high-value debts. Process payments, reminders, and daily cash postings. Reconcile client remittances and manage the legal tab on Debtor Tracker. Follow up on missed or short payments.
