Job Description
CT Technologists are responsible for:
* Explaining radiographic procedures to patients and collecting accurate patient histories.
* Performing clinical diagnostic examinations, including necessary room preparation.
* Entering patient and exam data accurately into the Radiology Information System.
Under the direction of the Radiologist, the CT Technologist operates CT equipment to produce diagnostic and interventional images of the body.
Qualifications:
* 1-3 months of experience and/or training required.
* Satisfactory formal training in an approved program.
* ARRT certification required.

Schedule Information and Requirements:
* Shifts are from 7 am to 7:30 pm or 7 pm to 7:30 am.
* Staff are required to rotate weekends every third week, with a Monday workday included.
* Other shifts are self-scheduled, with 2 Fridays required in a 6-week period.
* On-call shifts are self-scheduled, covering all locations for 3-4 shifts in 6 weeks.
* Staff must work 2 holidays per year; on-call holidays are assigned by leadership.
* Training at all locations and on all scanners is mandatory.
