Overview
Personal Injury Solicitor (Commercial Litigation) – 7‑10 years post‑qualification.
Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
* Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice to clients.
* Draft pleadings, witness statements and other legal documents.
* Attend court hearings and advocate where appropriate.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues and external partners.
* Work proactively and collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
* Approximately 7‑10 years relevant post‑qualification experience, ideally within Commercial Litigation.
* Knowledge of Personal Injury law is a plus.
* Confident working independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent listening, detail‑oriented and able to manage client interactions with professionalism and empathy.
* Strong analytical and creative problem‑solving skills.
* Willingness to travel and attend court hearings as required.
