Position Overview
* Role: Customer Service Assistant
* Location: Cambuslang, Glasgow
* Job Type: Part-Time (12 hours per week)
* Salary: Competitive (aligned with the Real Living Wage)
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will:
* Provide excellent customer service, going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
* Assist customers with transactions and create a welcoming atmosphere.
* Maintain compliance with company policies on health and safety, cash handling, and stock management.
* Support the store in achieving sales targets.

* Polite and professional, with strong communication skills.
* Over 18 years old (due to petrol licensing regulations).
