Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Event Sales Coordinator to join the Events by Benugo team at ZSL London Zoo. This role supports the Event Sales Managers in converting enquiries into successful events, while ensuring clients receive a seamless, professional and friendly service. Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 base commission (depending on experience) Contract: Full Time, Permanent About the Event Sales Coordinator role: Respond to all enquiries within 24 hours via phone and email. Monitor shared inboxes, personal enquiries, and third-party listing platforms. Prepare accurate proposals, quotations and event sheets Input and maintain client data in the CRM system; support weekly reporting Complete invoicing and contracts in a timely and accurate manner. Support site visits, tastings and client show-rounds, representing Benugo with professionalism. Work closely with operations to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a client-focused approach at every stage. About the ideal candidate: Experience in event sales or coordination within a London venue or events catering is desired. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Customer-focused mindset with a positive, can-do attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally CRM systems. Passionate about food, events, and delivering memorable experiences.
