The role reports directly to the Workshop manager and would suit someone who is looking for a hands on role within a busy production department.

Key Responsibilities:
Learn to cut and craft products to SSE’s high standards
Work towards achieving daily and weekly build units, aiming to achieve or exceed lead times
Help advise the admin team with regards to product orders
Identify any issues on products being built and advise management
Undertake MTOs, ensuring quality of the highest standard

Willingness to learn and build new products to exacting specifications
Excellent attention to detail
Strong customer focus and enthusiasm for delivering excellent products
Sincere interest in helping customers make the right purchasing decisions based on their needs
Passion for the business, demonstrated through commitment, standard of work and interaction with colleagues
Strong team ethos
Flexible attitude & flexible working hours in peak season
Remains calm and polite under pressure
Able to take direction and follow processes and procedures
Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel
Competent with Maths for calculations and measurements
The role is Monday to Friday (Early Start/Finish)
