Responsibilities
* Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
* Supporting clients in maintaining their independence and dignity while providing companionship.
* Implementing and following individual care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
* Documenting client progress and any changes in their condition accurately.
* Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Required Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
