Strategic Thinker – Able to see the big picture and contribute meaningfully to organisational planning and leadership discussions. Confident Communicator – Can explain complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders, trustees, and funders. Collaborative Leader – Comfortable working as part of a senior team, supporting others, managing performance, and contributing to a positive, inclusive culture. Ethical and Responsible – Committed to integrity, accountability, and delivering to high standards. Proactive and Flexible – Able to adapt to changing priorities and contribute across business areas when needed. Experience in the not-for-profit or public sector is highly desirable, particularly involving funding bids, contracts, or commissioner reporting. A working knowledge of payroll systems, year-end audit preparation, and charity governance processes would be a strong advantage.
