The Opportunity

Our growing global Marketing department is seeking a professional and creative storyteller to join our UK based Content Team. The Campaign Content Marketing Executive will focus primarily on creating content that drives demand generation and campaign performance, partnering closely with the Growth Manager and Demand Gen Team to craft persuasive, actionable copy for a technical, B2B audience.

This role is ideal for an individual who thrives on producing direct-response content, addressing customer pain points, and enabling pipeline generation through creative, measurable campaigns across a range of channels including paid media, BDR events, website, emails, landing pages, etc.You will help build engagement, accelerate prospects through the funnel, and support our Intelligent Change Management (ICM) narrative with content that converts.

If you were to join Basis Technologies in our Campaign Content Marketing Executive position, you can expect to:

Creation:

* Write and edit content to support demand generation campaigns, including gated eBooks, landing pages, emails, events, conversation workflows, video scripts and webinar abstracts.
* Craft direct-response copy aimed at driving conversions that addresses customer pain points and offers clear solutions.
* Develop creative campaign content such as benchmarking tools, readiness quizzes, and interactive assets that support lead generation and nurture paths.
* Ideate and test new solutions, ideas and concepts.

Campaign Support:

* Partner with Field Marketers to produce content for regional campaigns across EMEA, AMS, and APJ, tailored to market needs.
* Work closely with the Growth Manager to develop nurture path content that engages prospects at each stage of the journey.
* Evaluate and optimize content performance using SEO, CMS and analytics tools (including Google Analytics)

Brand Consistency:

* Ensure all campaign content aligns with brand guidelines while meeting the specific objectives of demand generation programs.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain a consistent, brand-appropriate tone of voice.

Strategy & Distribution:

* Contribute to the global marketing strategy by recommending ideas that enhance campaign performance and testing new approaches.
* Collaborate with the Digital Marketer to develop content for paid advertising and ensure campaigns are effectively distributed.

Collaboration:

* Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align campaign content with business objectives.

SEO:

* Optimize campaign content for search engines to support visibility and organic lead generation where applicable.
* Continuously monitor emerging search options, such as Chat GPT and Google AI-driven summaries.

To help you assess whether this role is right for you, these are the key foundational characteristics that will set you up for success:

* Proven experience creating demand generation content, preferably for a large B2B technology audience, with a focus on driving measurable results.
* Experience producing direct-response campaign assets such as landing pages, nurture workflows, and email sequences.
* Familiarity with creating video scripts and comfortable developing content in video and audio format.
* Ability to turn complex topics into persuasive, actionable content that resonates with decision-makers.
* Understanding of B2B lead nurture strategies and campaign best practices.
* Exposure to SEO, CMS, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to evaluate and optimize content performance.
* Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Desirable Skills

* Knowledge of the SAP ecosystem is highly desirable but not required.
* Experience localizing content and campaigns for global audiences.
* Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
