Working for a specialist communications and brand consultancy this role will support the small but perfectly formed elite team of creatives with their day-to-day administration as well as managing the office space. The role will support for c. 20 hours per week, ideally over 4 days and is perfect for someone with commitments alongside wanting a busy and interesting role. Hours can be flexible to accommodate a slightly later start of say 9.30/10am and earlier finish of 3.30/4pm. The role is varied and is offers key support to the team. You should be confident providing high level administration, and coordination support including some basic PA duties such as booking flights or drafting written communications to high profile clients and external contacts. Alongside this you’ll help run the office on a day-to-day basis and work along alongside the Ops Manager with ad hoc projects. It is meaty and varied role with plenty to keep a busy day filled whilst allowing for a strong work/life balance. Dealing with high profile stakeholders on a global level, this firm are leaders in their space. Being part of the small, high functioning team you will have exposure to work on some exciting projects of the highest profile.
