Trainee Client Account Manager (Sales Focused)
Location: Purley, Surrey
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 08:00am to 17:00pm
The Role
We’re looking for a confident, motivated people person to join our team as a Trainee Client Account Manager. This is a great entry-level role for someone who enjoys talking to people, hitting targets, and building long-term client relationships — no previous account management experience required.
You’ll be fully trained and supported as you learn how to manage client accounts, grow existing relationships, and spot sales opportunities along the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Speaking with new and existing clients by phone and email
• Building strong relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact
• Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Supporting senior Account Managers and learning the sales process
• Updating CRM systems and keeping client info organised
• Working towards achievable sales and performance targets

• Confident communicator with a positive attitude
• Comfortable on the phone and happy speaking to new people
• Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
• No experience needed — just the right attitude and work ethic
