You'll play a key part in shaping the environment for students and staff - while working with the tools, support, and structure of an international organisation.
In this role you will take the lead on the smooth day-to-day running of the school's premises and facilities. From managing contractors and overseeing maintenance to ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations, you'll be trusted to create and maintain a safe, efficient, and inspiring environment for all.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in facilities or estates management, a proactive and hands-on attitude, and the confidence to work independently. Strong organisational skills, a solid understanding of premises compliance, and the ability to adapt to a changing campus environment are essential. Experience in an educational or public sector setting is desirable but not required.

The Role:
* Lead the management of the school site, ensuring high standards of safety, maintenance, and presentation.
* Take ownership of premises-related Health & Safety, compliance checks, and fire safety systems.
* Support school operations, lettings, and events, including occasional evening/weekend work.
* Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, both in-house and via contractors.
* Maintain accurate premises records and compliance documentation.
The Person:
* Experience in facilities, or estates management
* Must have an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
* Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety and statutory compliance.
* Well-organised and comfortable using premises management systems and Microsoft Office.
* Flexible, reliable, and motivated to create a safe and positive environment.
