About the Role
This Primary School is seeking a motivated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join its friendly and professional support team. Working three days a week, you will play a pivotal role inplementing classroom teaching through independent learning activities and targeted support. This role includes supervising agreed lessons and contributing directly to pupil achievement and staff development.
Key Responsibilities
•Deliver agreed learning activities both in and out of class under the supervision of teaching staff
•Provide high-quality support that promotes pupil progress and independence
•Line manage and support the development of LSA/TA staff
•Collaborate with teaching staff to raise educational achievement across key stages
What We’re Looking For
•HLTA qualification (desirable)
•The right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
•Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
•Proven experience supporting teaching and learning at HLTA level
•Strong understanding of curriculum delivery and learner engagement
•Leadership capability to mentor and guide support staff
