Technical Services Manager

I am currently partnering with a leading FM provider to recruit a Technical Services Manager to lead Hard FM delivery at a prestigious corporate head office in London.
This is a high profile, client facing role where you will take full ownership of Mechanical and Electrical services, ensuring safe, compliant and high performing building operations.
The Opportunity
You will lead the on site engineering function, driving performance across PPM, reactive maintenance and project works, while acting as the operational interface between the client and senior stakeholders.
This role requires a strong technical background combined with commercial awareness and confident leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Hard FM service delivery in line with statutory and contractual requirements
* Manage engineering performance against KPIs and SLAs
* Oversee subcontractor performance, compliance and cost control
* Act as the key operational lead for client led projects and handovers
* Drive HSE compliance and foster a strong safety culture
* Develop and motivate the engineering team
* Take ownership of training plans and technical development
* Participate in the on call rota and act as escalation point when required
About You
* Mechanical or Electrical qualification with proven management experience
* Strong background in Hard FM within a corporate or commercial environment
* Experience managing fixed price contracts and P&L responsibility
* IOSH Managing Safely minimum
* Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills
* Commercially astute and operationally driven
