Responsibilities: Work in a Data Centre environment, providing customer support while ensuring Service Levels are maintained and the ticketing system is fully up to date. Collaborate alongside experienced engineers, learning from them through structured training programs and on-the-job experience. Acquire a range of technical skills including cabling/patching and the installation of server, network, and storage hardware.
